dc.description.abstract | This paper focused on the impact of the sustainable supply chain of readymade
garment factories of Bangladesh on sustainable production. This qualitative study was
conducted on the analysis of the secondary data available on the newspaper, articles and
previous researches on this field. Three garment factories were chosen on the base of their
reputation of maintaining sustainability in their supply chain to bring changes in environment,
economy and socially. It was seen that these three factories incorporated sustainability in
their supply chain basically focusing on attaining the environmental output. It was found also
that initiating sustainability in the supply chain contributed to clean environment, sound
working ambience and thus made the organizations profitable. | en_US |
