dc.description.abstractOne of the key components for the organization based on service providers is the customer management system. It shares a connection with the other departments and contributes significantly to the accomplishments of the company. The level of client satisfaction is extremely important to Foodpanda Bangladesh Limited. I now understand how an organization's brand image is directly impacted by the level of customer satisfaction. This study includes a survey and analysis of the effects of a competitive customer management system on improving the brand image for an online food delivery company. The importance of consumer perceptions of professional customer service management, which is closely tied to brand image, is briefly discussed. Finally, based on the state of the market at the time, some advice has been given.en_US
