This report provides an overview of my internship experience at LankaBangla Securities Limited, focusing on the operations conducted by management, its business strategies policies and customer engagement and finally focusing on the relationship between inflation and stock market performance in Bangladesh. The report highlights the significance of Lanka Bangla Securities, its management, business practices and its position among peer brokerage houses and relationship of inflation and stock market performance as they are key indicators of a country's economic growth. This study used a quantitative research method and found a significant negative relation between inflation and stock market performance of Bangladesh. Also, it was found that there are non-economic factors that may influence the capital market. The findings have important implications for stakeholders in the stock market and can influence investment decisions and policy-making processes. This report recommends that investors consider the impact of inflation on the stock market while making investment decisions and that policymakers implement appropriate measures to control inflation accordingly. Overall, the report focuses on the importance of understanding the relationship between inflation and stock market performance in order to make informed investment decisions and ensuring a healthy stock market.en_US
