dc.description.abstract | The world of travel and tourism has undergone a rapid transformation over the years with the
advent of technology. Online travel agencies (OTAs) have played a crucial role in this
transformation, making it easier for customers to plan and book their trips from the comfort of
their own homes. GoZayaan, an OTA platform based in Bangladesh, has been at the forefront
of this transformation, providing customers with a one-stop-shop for all their travel needs. In
this internship report, we will explore the implementation of automation in the customers'
journey by GoZayaan and the obstacles faced by the company in the process. The report will
examine the benefits of automation and the challenges that GoZayaan encountered while
implementing it, as well as potential solutions to these challenges. | en_US |
