This report is based on the adaptation and usage of credit card in women customers of Dhaka
Bank Limited (DBL).
The completion of an internship program is a requirement for BBA graduation. Students get the
opportunity to learn about real life situations through this program because traditional classroom
alone cannot prepare a student to handle a genuine business crisis perfectly. For the university
and organization requirements, a report must be developed. "Usage and adaptation of credit card
of women in Dhaka Bank Limited" is the report's topic. The subject of the report makes the
study's primary goal extremely clear. The various bank loans, the authorizations, supervision,
and performance are all included in the report.
This report is divided broadly into six sections. First, there is a preface in which I give an
overview of the banking industry and Bangladesh's economy as well as my introduction,
purpose, scope, and methodology. Usage and adaptation of credit card of women in Dhaka Bank
Limited as well as their overall performance over the past few years are the report's key goals.
The first section describes the corporate profile, covering Dhaka Bank's history, vision, mission,
and strategy, as well as its goods and services, endeavors, and accomplishments. The numerous
facets of my work at DBL Dhanmondi 27 are covered in Part 2. The third section exerts pressure
on the credit-related literature. It encompasses banking industry services, various loan types,
credit analysis, loan reviews, and handling default loans. It goes into great length regarding how
credit is approved, how loans are executed, how witnesses are witnessed, and other legal
procedures. Additionally, it discusses the issuing of various bank guarantees. Part 5 of the report
contains findings and an analysis of the data. It comprises ratios for categorized, outstanding, and
recovered loans. The difference between outstanding and categorized loans during the past four
years in various sectors is also examined. Additionally, it contains a summary of the results. The
report's findings speak to the older and less-used areas of the credit facilities. The status of
outstanding, recovered, and classified loans in various industries during the previous few years is
also included. Competitive analysis, SWOT analysis, recommendations, and conclusions round
up the last section.
