BRAC International is a well-known international non-governmental organization (NGO), and runs many different programs and projects with the goals of reducing poverty and promoting long-term development. When hiring new employees, BRAC International takes a methodical approach to finding those who best represent the organization's mission and values. The objectives are to determine the critical actions, investigate the tools and methods for candidate attraction, validate the selection procedure and standards, and conduct exit interviews for feedback. The report's success in these areas provides insight into how well BRAC International's recruitment process brings in and keeps talented people who share the organization's mission and values.
