dc.description.abstract | The content of this paper is written as a part of the internship requirement for the Bachelor of Business Administration program at BRAC Business School, BRAC University in Dhaka. As we know, the idea of Green HRM is new so, in this Report, I will discuss how Green HRM has been implemented in Bangla Cat and how it affects the company’s goals and objectives. This report also displays the methods used by the organization to uphold its worldwide HR policies and procedures. It also covers the various remuneration schemes, training, and engagement initiatives they have planned for their most valued assets. First, I tried to sketch an overview of the company. Afterward, I tried to explain my duties and responsibilities during my internship. Moving to the report’s main body, I have tried to show how the new concept of Green HRM can be implemented and how it helps bring the organization success. After that, I also conducted a survey and got to know about the perception of people regarding Green HRM. Lastly, with my limited knowledge, I tried to provide some suggestions and recommendations for successfully implementing this strategy in Bangla Cat. | en_US |
