"The internship report contrasts foodpanda with highlighting the agenda of employee turnovers
and retaining existing employees. This research paper's main objective is to give contributors a
clear understanding of why turnovers happen, whether the employees are happy or not and most
importantly what solutions could the management undertake to mitigate these issues. The things
I have gained from the experience of the corporation, what I have offered, the challenges I have
faced, and suggestions I have for growth for both the organization and upcoming interns are
mentioned in this paper. I have had the privilege of working with foodpanda, the leading food
delivery app service in Bangladesh. During my three-month internship at one of the major
MNC-based organizations, I was able to grasp knowledge of Human Resource Management
from the ground up, which I strongly believe would be crucial for my future pursuits and come in
handy when required. The study covers the mission, vision, and goals of the corporation as well
as its type of marketing strategy, managerial procedures, Porter's Five Forces analysis of the
business, SWOT analysis, and Workplace culture with organogram. The article's final endeavor
is to study the difficulties of retaining employees and reasons for turnovers or exit from the
company. For this report, primary (survey) and supplementary sources were both utilized. On top
of that, secondary sources were the documents listed in the reference section, despite the fact that
primary sources received greater attention."
