dc.description.abstractNorthern Education Group's university campus student recruitment issues and development areas are covered in the paper. Northern Education Group's specific obstacles in recruiting students for campus-based programs and strategic areas for improvement were examined in the study. The purpose of this research is to conduct an analysis of the obstacles and primary domains of advancement in student recruiting. I am mostly engaged in the field of recruitment. The conclusion is derived from the existing qualitative and quantitative data that is accessible to the organization. Through our study, we have actively solicited feedback and conducted surveys among Northern Education Group employees, who are the primary stakeholders and beneficiaries of this programme and its recruitment efforts. The efficacy of an employee is contingent upon their level of satisfaction and the extent to which they meet the necessary knowledge requirements. The findings of the paper indicate that an effective student recruitment procedure holds significant importance for educational institutions. After gathering data through a feedback form and analyzing the rate of progress of students from the Northern Education Group and those from external institutions. One possible approach to enhance the introduction of our study is to highlight our positive performance and attribute it to a rigorous student selection process. In this context, it is possible to observe discernible effects and advancements in students. The individual's productivity is on the rise, their abilities are undergoing enhancement and notably, they are adhering to appropriate methods in human resources development.en_US
