The Internet of Things (IoT) is creating a revolutionary impact on the current technological solutions and dynamic industries. The Supply Chain System of the Ready-Made Garments (RMG) industry can be uplifted using IoT remarkably. A supply chain is a complex scenario where the industry needs to micromanage countless things to keep the supply process running. The existing traditional supply chains have difficulties and complexities that raise the cost and create a bottleneck in the ongoing production process. Taking these issues into consideration, a Supply Chain System needs to be smarter and offer transparency of data to the related stakeholders. In this segment of the smart Supply Chain, we can implement IoT devices to streamline the process to a certain extent. In contrast, the integration of IoT without proper utilization of its data is a demotivation to its capability. The proper use of sensor data can revolutionize the supply chain system. Considering this potentiality of data utilization, we can consider the Digital Twin to be a Virtual System to reproduce our physical environment. We are presenting an idea to develop a Cyber Secure Internet of Things (IoT) architecture synergizing Digital Twin System for the Supply chain of Ready-Made Garments (RMG) that arrives with a distributed clever architecture that has the capability of improving the production and supply of the target supply chain. In this current context, to find a proper solution, we have approached creating a combination of Hardware and Software systems. We have developed a Digital Twin System with RPA architecture that’s connected to the IoT sensor network and within that system we can analyze or simulate as well as act in the real-world supply chain environment using the IoT action devices. Furthermore, the whole system is connected with a Cloud-Based Web System that will be accountable for Analyzing and Detecting Hardware data and keeping track of the Order, Production, Logistics, and Delivery process. Using the aforementioned process, we hope to bring technical advancement, transparency, production boost, and safety into the industry leveraging the outstanding capabilities of Digital Twin.en_US
