The company employs a diverse range of professionals and supports numerous indirect employment opportunities through collaborations with artists, studios, and event management companies. Furthermore, M Records has contributed to government revenue through tax payments, with an average annual contribution of BDT 20,000,000. The company has also paid substantial royalties to artists and composers, fostering a supportive environment for local talent. The study highlights M Records' commitment to talent development and artist support. The company has invested in artist development programs, providing resources, mentorship, and promotional opportunities. This investment has resulted in the discovery and nurturing of new talent, adding to the diversity and vibrancy of the music industry in Bangladesh.
