Over the past 25 years, IDLC Finance Ltd has expanded to become the largest non-bank financial institution in Bangladesh and one of the top merchant banks. It offers services for the capital markets, institutional lending, and private financing for individuals through 19 locations dispersed throughout all of Bangladesh's major cities. This internship report aims to give readers a thorough overview of IDLC Finance Limited. It significantly affects the entire nation's economy. An economy may contain a variety of financial institutions.
Depository and non-depository are the two main divisions. Examples of non-depositories include insurance companies, leasing businesses, investment banks, and pension funds. But the company we picked, IDIC, is a special case. It is a company that manages numerous product lines. A variety of financial services are available. It has a strong commercial banking operation as well as a leasing division that is extremely well-rounded. It firmly pledges to provide loanable funds and develop the country's capital market. This study's main objective is to understand how IDIC Finance Limited's "Internal processes of Human Resources Management" operate within the organization. This study also covers IDLC Finance Ltd.’s varied products and services as well as its organizational structure. We briefly introduce ourselves before discussing the company's past. Prior to addressing our main concern, the internal procedures of Human Resources Management, we give a brief overview of IDLC Finance Ltd.’s general business operations.
