both an individual's and an organization's performance. Employees from various firms are
frequently caught taking phony leaves, which negatively impacts the performance of the
company. In many corporate enterprises in addition to the financial sectors, several management
approaches are employed to sustain staff performance. The Impact of Attendance Management
on the employees of Acorn Infrastructure Service Ltd. is the main focus of this study. In this
report, we analyze the Attendance Management made by Acorn Infrastructure Service Ltd. and
offer suggestions for improving the overall growth. There are 3 main topics covered in this
paper.
Within the first chapter, I outline not only how I intend to organize my internship but also how I
intend to go about doing it. the one in which I stated all of my responsibilities and commitments.
In addition, I will discuss the contributions I have given to the organization, the benefits I have
gained from continuing to work there, as well as some advice I have for interns who will be
working there in the future.
In Chapter 2, I discuss the organizational particulars, including the five tenets that Acorn
Infrastructure Service Ltd. has established for their company's operations. I am going to talk
about the management style, marketing strategies, accounting, corporate finance, operating
procedures, and containment management of my company in this conversation. I went into great
depth about them and addressed each of them from the position of the company that I work for.
In the third portion, which was concentrated on projects, I covered the Attendance tracking
