dc.description.abstract | Street children are those children who has to live on the streets being homeless or to earn a
livelihood for themselves and their family and who do not have the support or supervision of
their parents or any adults. There are numerous such children who lead a painful life on the
streets of cities. Dhaka Ahsaniya Mission, a non-government development organization has
taken the initiative to rehabilitate these children, give them a better life and build them as
responsible citizens. The paper discusses about the life of the street children, the proposed
programs for the children’s village and other supporting aspects for the overall wellbeing and
growth of the children. A design solution on the basis of these studies and context analysis
has been attempted in this project for better health and healthy growth process of these
