Modern operations have introduced a new class of highly functional applications, redefining what can be built in a given amount of time. 3D modeling is required to resolve several shortcomings in outdated processes and enhance design team effi- ciency. Modern 3D modeling should be able to deliver design depth that 2D drawings or designs cannot. Furthermore, it should also allow engineers to experiment with physical components of a design without being constrained by physical constraints. This research paper proposes and demonstrates a 3D Construction method for cre- ating a 3D Mesh by acquiring depth and color dataset from a real object using the Microsoft Kinect Sensor and HD Camera, which can then be extracted to applica- tions such as game engines like Unity or other designing applications for the creation of the reference plane and, ultimately, the three-dimensional Environment Model.en_US
