dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this internship report is to examine the impact of the Agile HR approach in the context of an ed-tech company, 10 Minute School. The report highlights the benefits of adopting an Agile HR approach, including increased employee satisfaction, improved organizational performance, and a positive impact on the return on investment of talent management. The report begins by exploring the key differences between traditional HR approaches and Agile HR. It then presents the findings of a survey conducted among 10 Minute School employees to gather data on their satisfaction, engagement, and experiences with the company's Agile HR policies and practices. The results of the survey revealed that employees at 10 Minute School are highly satisfied with the company's Agile HR approach. They appreciate the supportive, flexible, and empowering work environment created by the company's HR policies and practices, and feel that the Agile HR approach has had a positive impact on their well-being and productivity.
