dc.description.abstract | This paper examines the religious and social perspectives of Kaibalyadham Asram Complex,
Chattogram, Bangladesh. Especially the paper looks at how Kaibalyadham Asram Complex can
contribute to social development by expanding social activities, creating medical opportunities
for the peoples, connecting community providing community facilities, creating residential
facilities for the orphans, school. The paper also emphasizes the importance of the improvement
of the existing facilities, accessibilities, landscaping and circulations of the Asram complex. This
paper introduces some effective recommendations that could intensify the values of the spiritual
factors including redevelopment of Temple, Prasad dining, Shiv Shokti Space, Kaibalya Shokti
Space, Tombs of Maharajas etc. The approach entails focusing on design goals, program
development, contextual research, site zoning, and a comprehensive plan for the Asram, with
the primary goal of preserving the proposed site's geographical uniqueness and tranquility.
Zipping the various landscapes, creating visual connections, distributing functions at various
experiential levels, proper climatic considerations have been used as the primary design factors
to detail out the architecture portion. To sum up, Kaibalyadham Asram Complex will guide a
pathway which will help to conduct a project on similar topographic condition keeping the
existing nature mostly untouched. | en_US |
