dc.description.abstractIn the first part of this report, I talked about my time as an intern at Arla Foods Bangladesh Limited. In the first chapter, you’ll find all the information you need about the internship. As an intern, I had to do certain things that helped me get a better understanding of the company. First-hand knowledge of how work is done in the real world. Second, this report gives a detailed look at the company and its daily operations, such as management, marketing, and operations, to show how they affect the business. The report also includes a SWOT analysis and Porter’s Five Forces analysis of the organization’s competitors. It also gives some very important suggestions based on the competitive analysis. The last part of the third chapter is a project about how diversity was managed in Bangladesh, a lot of information about Arla Foods Bangladesh’s employer branding efforts, and how organizations keep up their brand image through their communications. It also talks about how this affects the process of hiring people. Understand what helps employees choose any organization as their workplace. Furthermore, recruiters will understand what the important aspects from the employee’s perspective are when choosing their workplace. In the 21st century, employer branding is one of the most important ways for a company to attract potential talents. Therefore, diversity and inclusion in the organization are other main stems of today's work culture. As a result, organizations will gain employees who are dedicated to the organization and satisfied with their work environment. Additionally, a company with a consistent employer brand is sure to get the best applicants in the industry for any job openings. Also, companies must make sure their employees keep up these images as best they can. Thus, companies like Arla Foods Bangladesh are paying more attention to building their employer brands by creating an organization where employees will come forward to say yes, it’s the best place to work, and we are glad to be a part of it.en_US
