The challenges in fair performance appraisal: A study on Kuehne+Nagel Bangladesh
Abstract
I have discussed my experiences working with Kuehne+Nagel Bangladesh, one of the top logistics
companies in Bangladesh. Working with this company has allowed me to expand my experience.
Additionally, because I worked in the operations department, I had the opportunity to see the
working environment in real life and learn a great deal about logistics and operations.
Furthermore, I have given a thorough review of this global organization. The outline of
Kuehne+Nagel Bangladesh was then given. I have also discussed this company's marketing,
managerial, and financial strategies in this essay. SWOT analysis and Porter's five forces analysis
are also included.
Finally, I chose a subject related to human resources management, which is my major. I chose the
topic of difficulties in conducting fair performance reviews at Kuehne+Nagel Bangladesh. I have
discussed the distinctions between a performance appraisal and a fair performance appraisal in this
essay. I've also explained how this difficulty will affect the employees and how to fix it. After
discussing my findings with others, I was able to tie them to earlier study papers. That's how I
ultimately finished my research.
