dc.description.abstract | Gemcon Group is one of the largest diversified companies in Bangladesh founded by Kazi Shahid Ahmed in 1979. They started their business with castle construction after that they gradually expand it to different other sectors like retail, education, sea food, engineering, tea, jute, media and sport.
This report is about Evaluation of HRIS Software in Gemcon Group. HRIS, or human resources information system is software made to assist organizations in meeting essential HR needs and enhancing manager and employee efficiency. HRIS in Gemcon Group is a recent addition in order to make work paperless and store information properly.
A face to face interview was conducted to understand the HRIS software, what type of work they do in this software, what kind of benefit they get while working on this software, the problems they face and the expectations they have from the software. Management is working constantly with the ERP team to enhance the efficiency of the software and meet the core needs of HR. | en_US |
