dc.description.abstract | The report explores the critical functions that an individual department plays in an outsourcing
company. It provides an outlook of how the Customer Service in Stencil Bangladesh Limited
and Production unit operates, what their work is and process of completion of those work.
Stencil Bangladesh Limited was established in the year 2022. It is sister concern of Asiatic
3Sixty, which is one of the largest marketing communication group in Bangladesh. The current
chairman of Stencil Bangladesh Limited is Asaduzzaman Noor and the co-chairman of the
group is Sara Zaker. The Managing director of Stencil Bangladesh Limited is Neville Ferdous
Hasan. The current Executive director of Stencil Bangladesh Limited is Zaidul Khan.
Recruitment in Stencil Bangladesh Limited is Stencil Bangladesh Limited is followed by an
established criteria of recruitment that is fixed by the Human Resource departments. The
recruited employees are usually the ones that correlates with the vision and mission of Stencil
Bangladesh Limited. Depending upon the position, a two to three step examination is held for
the purpose recruitment. As an outsourcing company Stencil Bangladesh Limited has a unique
way to approach the marketing of their services and grabbing the attention of the customers.
The marketing team approaches customers through different online mediums, as direct

conducting business interactions and also to communicate between the internal departments. It
is also a very quick and efficient way to communicate with its employees. The company is

enabled the business operations to run more smoothly and giving it a lead against its
