The effectiveness of the recruitment and selection process of BAT Bangladesh
Abstract
Firstly, the report begins with information about the internship, including employment roles
and responsibilities as well as student contribution to the company and benefits. The first part
ends with the difficulties encountered throughout the internship with some recommendations.
Secondly, it explains the organization in general, its history, different functions of the
organization broadly as well as the financial stature of the company. Lastly, it includes a
research project on the organization that highlights the effectiveness of the recruitment and
selection process of the organization. Based on the aforesaid aim, this research studies the
satisfaction of candidates with the recruitment and selection process and their satisfaction with
the job. Finally, the report concludes with proposing some potential ways to minimize some
problems the organization faces.
