The in-house human resource information system of Robi Axiata
Abstract
My internship at Robi Axiata served as the basis for the academic internship report. The primary objective of this internship was to provide hands-on practical experience of corporate life and work style, as well as to give us a more practical foundation for all of our learning. The report includes a synopsis of the company's profile. In addition, the paper provides a brief overview of Robi Axiata's current HRIS system scenario and future expectations for the product.
The report is endorsed by quantitative and qualitative data from primary and secondary sources. The findings have been presented with graphical and descriptive statistical analysis. The testing of efficiency was conducted using a metric approach. In addition, the paper identifies research gaps that necessitate further study in the respected field.
In conclusion, the paper analyzes the findings and provides Robi Axiata with recommendations for the foreseeable future. There are some data limitations due to non-disclosure agreement. Nonetheless, the analysis was conducted based on the company's available information.
