dc.description.abstractThroughout my internship, I was able to acquire firsthand experience with how acompany's human resource department functions and plans its operations to guaranteethe business runs smoothly at all levels by ensuring the proper people are accessiblewhen they're needed to do the correct job. Additionally, I have learned about thecompany's working culture and seen how Green Delta treats its staff members withrespect and autonomy to guarantee that they are inspired to give the company their all. The report opens with a description of Green Delta Insurance Limited's background,mission, and vision, as well as its goods and services, organizational structure, andgeneral overview. The project, Human Resource Management in GDIC, is covered in the following part. Theproject includes a review of management methods, marketing practices, financial and accounting performances, operation management, industry competitive analysis, recruiting, selection, training, and development, as well as a summary, a conclusion, andrecommendations. An extensive overview of the HR functions is included in each chapter, which is followed by Organization Practice at Green Delta Insurance, which essentially explains how the HR department operates in relation to the selected issue. However, the third and very last chapter includes the issues that arose throughout and how they were resolved depending on the chosen topic.en_US
