Working for a firm and establishing a career may be a time-consuming task for any individual. Employees are busy at their workplaces all day, and on sometimes, even on weekends. They have very little time to engage with their family as a result of this. Family members are frequently overlooked as a result of severe job pressure. This is where the concept of work-life balance comes into play. A report titled "Work-life Balance of Bank Employees in Krishi Bank Limited" is being prepared to present the current state of work-life balance at Krishi Bank Limited, its implications for employees' personal and professional lives, and various models described using the examples provided in the questionnaire. I tried to highlight the aspects of work-life balance like involvement balance, satisfaction balance etc. besides I also focused on the main purposes or objectives of work-life balance like organization goals, personal goals. I attempted to build a continuum of work life balance in order to show in which stage or continuum the employees of Krishi Bank are currently staying and also provided some models to show which types ofmodels they prefer like some employees prefer to be dependent while others prefer to be independent. I also tried my best to give appropriate solutions according to the answer of the questionnaire filled up by the employees of Krishi Bank in order to reduce any negative consequences of the employees.en_US
