dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of the report is to know the strategies that can be used by the Multinational Companies in order to enter into the capital market of Bangladesh. With a target of achieving the objective, I have worked for revealing the strategies that are used by the MNCs to enter into the capital market. Therefore I have discussed some strategies like 1: Share Pricing Strategies, 2: Strategy for Shareholding Pattern, 3: Few Legal Strategies and finally 4: Few Marketing Strategies. I have observed the strategies of two well know MNCs in Bangladesh and found that in the case of pricing strategies different companies have different approaches that are influenced by several factors. A similarity was found at the share holding pattern of the observed MNCs. However there were variations in marketing approaches based on the prospecting company’s goal and mostly for the Legal Procedures the basic objective is to obey and made necessary amendments according to the pre defined rules and regulation.en_US
