dc.description.abstractEmployees who do not feel recognized working reacted to similar inquiry with expressions showing there is not a lot of that makes their working environment incredible. The main positive topic was "match benefits." At the point when asked what might improve their organization, the employees who felt unrecognized reacted with phrases that showed sensations of unreasonable treatment and a manipulative workplace. That is why an employee recognition program plays a very important role in every company. In this research, the objective reached its goal of employee recognition program for Siam City Cement (Bangladesh) Limited. Employee recognition programs are manager drives to remunerate its employees for accomplishment, new practices, commemorations, and achievements.
