dc.description.abstract | The goal of this study was to find Government primary schools teacher’s perception and
experience on online teaching learning mode during covid-19 pandemic. While suddenly
transitioning to online classrooms continues to be met with uncertainty and optimism, recent
actions have demonstrated mixed attitude toward this mode, demonstrating the potential of
online classes with certain areas to address and difficulties to solve. To get into depth of
teacher’s perceptions the key questions are broken down into themes and sub themes. This study
can help Government Primary School Teachers identify the shortcoming of remote learning and
establishing strategy to improve those. The investigation was conducted in a qualitative manner.
One-on-one interviews and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) were performed to collect data, and
the findings were analysed using the thematic analysis approach. The founded data narrowed
down from experienced teachers of two primary government school and I believe the thoughts,
experiences, and ideas of stakeholders that might be useful in maximizing on and implementing
this mode in the next days. The found data form research suggests even if online teaching is not
completely new across many places around the world, I assert that it is a new experience in
Bangladesh with very missing practice, which would need some modifications, riffs, and specific
requirements on the aspect of the respective authority to make the mode an effective analysis to
teaching-learning in the ongoing crisis. | en_US |
