dc.description.abstractThe incident command system (ICS) is entirely a management tool which creates a scope for the civil organization to establish a temporary organization which will help them to carry out the emergency response operation smoothly. The ICS was incorporated from military structure. The well defined and command structure inspires the civil organization to adopt ICS. In the world most developed countries are now following the ICS in their emergency response system. Recently India has also formulated the guideline for ICS in their country. This study focuses the action frame work of the Armed forces at District level basing on the context of ICS. The action framework of Armed forces is proposed through various models with their advantages and disadvantages. This dissertation also tries to focus on the proposed communication system for the ICS. At the end this dissertation recommends guidelines for the successful implementation of ICS in Bangladesh.en_US
