city increases so does the need of plots to stay increases. Also people needed homes on the outskirts
of Dhaka which made the commutation easy for them during the working days. But when the
pandemic of covid 19 hit the country it completely changed the scenario of the business sector. This

impact on a global scale. It shows which particular sector has been affected in the short term and
make predictions of what can happen to that particular branch in the long run for e.g. the CRE
(commercial real estate) sector. In this report I have scrutinized the underlying causes and its possible
solutions. The downfall of the sector are shown in details .The research consists of data and graphs

stopped. The projects have stopped due to the lockdowns in place and unavailability of raw materials.
