dc.description.abstractThe aim of e-government growth is to implement a Digital Bangladesh. Electronic procedures should be used to be specific, streamlined, agile, minimize challenges and secure transparency by broadening access to public information for better governance. The government has launched a mechanism to incorporate electronic tendering into its public procurement system as part of that process. E-Tendering means carrying out, in electronic form, all traditional tendering activities using the internet. This has broadened the chances for competition. Securing openness, accountability, equal rights and fair competition is the core of public procurement. Research on the subject would also discuss accomplishments and challenges to the establishment of e-Procurement.
