dc.description.abstract | In order to sustain in the banking sector the only efficient way to adopt a winning culture can be ensured by making a human asset so that certified representatives can create ideal performance. The purpose of the paper was to discover human asset that can improve performance by improving the performance management system of banking employees and position of employees in the opportune spot just as through the profession advancement of employees as a mediating variable. Well, the specific objectives of the project are to understand the assessing process of City Bank Limited in which managers and employees are being monitored and reviewed by organizational development team.
The research reasoned that the employee performance can be improved altogether if the organization can discover employees who have adequate fitness and endeavour consistently to improve the ability of the employees and the representatives put in the perfect spot, and focus and give vocation advancement openings to representatives. | en_US |
