dc.description.abstract | An increasing concern for the global environment and the emerging concepts of international
environmental policy has created a need for organizations to adopt environmental policies and
programs. Today, workers at the organization owe the strength to demonstrate the green practices
that enable them to participate and engage in environmental management initiatives and practices.
Organizations today accept that staff need to be empowered, inspired and environmentally aware
of greening in order to carry out green management programs. Today, Green HRM has become a
key business activity for large corporations where divisions of Human Resource are taking an
active role in the green workplace. The green concept is to reduce environmental degradation in
order to make this Planet a healthier place to live in and to provide a more productive and effective
workforce.
This study focused on various challenges Medimet Pharmaceuticals may going to have
implementing Green HRM practices and the study extended giving suggestions to the management
about initiatives to make the working place green in Medimet Pharmaceuticals Ltd. | en_US |
