dc.description.abstractThis report is based on my experiences from the classes of an institute that I have observed during my internship. Based on the experiences, this report will highlight the aspects that are needed for building a positive relationship between teacher and students. During my internship period, I tried to observe how the teachers of that school practically handle and interact with their students. This report also includes few suggestions for the development of the teacher-student relationship which could ensure more success in learning both in academic and non-academic areas.en_US
