dc.description.abstract | The purpose behind the study was to gain in-depth knowledge regarding the recruitment & selection process of Planet Agro Limited. The main research problem was to identify the effectiveness of the recruitment & selection process of the company. The main objectives of the study were to find out weakness & problems through evaluation of the existing recruitment & selection practices of the organization and also to suggest reasonable means to improve the process.
The primary data was collected through interviews with employees of HR Department and employees who have recently joined the company, through practical experience as I have went through that process for the internship and through observation as I assisted in the recruitment & selection process. The secondary data was collected through websites, past records of HR Department and other official documents.
The collected data was examined and results were presented through flow charts. At the end of the study conclusions were made, the research questions were answered and practical recommendations were made for further development. As a result of the study, weakness of the recruitment & selection process of Planet Agro Limited were identified and most efficient ways to improve the process was discovered and proposed. | en_US |
