C, the number one NGO in the world as of 2018, has been created during the inception of liberation war of our country. For the last three months, I have got the opportunity to work there in BRAC International as an intern of Accounts and Finance. My report is entitled ‘Finding accounting elements that impact After-Tax Profit of BRAC International’s Microfinance Project’ where I have worked in the Microfinance Project of BRAC International. In this report I have basically taken After Tax Profit and seven other elements from the Annual Reports of last seven year. After that I have done a literature review of the selected elements and then I have run a regression model and correlation of each element with the dependent variable. The result of this finding have been analyzed in the later part. Therefore the report has been concluded with some recommendationen_US
