dc.description.abstractBangladesh is situated in remarkable position and day by day, we are getting stronger in textiles business. In last few years, this sector has become more and more competitive as well as developed. In the way of development, it is facing various challenges in every step. Most importantly, organizations are in trouble to maintain a large versatile sector. As a result, some companies, who can afford, go with the technology like ERP. The important goal of this report is to find out how Square Textile Ltd. introduces new system into the business operation, how they implement it and adopt with the new system which is SAP. In the beginning of the report, we can find out how Square started their journey in the textile industry and how the organization maintains their chain of command. It will give a clear concept about the product and organogram of the company. This report will describe the sales and marketing department activities and it will aid us to understand about my regard with the sales and marketing department as an intern. The analysis also focuses on the basic functions of ERP applications, which are used by the textile industry frequently. Since our main study is to find out how they introduce a new business system, therefore, we will be analyzing more about SAP implementation and adaptation. After proper analysis of the SAP (ERP) implementation and adaptation, we will try to reach a conclusion followed by recommendations.en_US
