    Abstract
DC-DC converters are some of crucial power electronic circuits. They are widely used in the power supply equipment for most electronic instruments and also in specialized high-power applications such as battery charging, plating and welding. As well, not only DC-DC switching regulators that meet the rugged requirements of industrial systems but also DC-DC switching regulator solves the difficult automotive requirements. In addition to a controllable and theoretically lossless DC voltage transformation, DC-DC converter circuits may also provide voltage isolation through the incorporation of a small high frequency transformer. But having efficient and stable value is a challenge for us. In our thesis, we come to the point that we need a systematic control approaches which will be anticipated as controller because controller is better to use in the converter which will vary our duty cycle to maintain steady output, even when the system voltages and currents are more distorted. Upcoming industrial revolution of Bangladesh can be helped by this kind of converter and controller where we can provide high power density and high efficiency along with energy recovery.
