    Abstract
    Basically printing and packaging industry belongs to the tertiary industry among three industries. And The Merchants Ltd. is the pioneer of this sector in Bangladesh. The Merchants Ltd. established their business in 1983 and they have highly experienced production team, marketing team and procurement team. They are playing vital role in the packaging industry and still the remaining number one position in this industry. The study was designed to analysis the service activities of The Merchants Ltd. This report is prepared as requirement of the MBA program. This report will give a clear idea about activities, operational strategies, management and monitoring of customer service of TML. Especially this report focuses on the customer service activities area of TML in current position. The objective of the report is to analyze the customer service activities of The Merchanst Ltd. But it has some specific objectives which help me to know the terms and conditions of customer service activities, service procedures and service monitoring system of The Merchants Ltd. I have collected the information regarding TML from primary sources. This report aims to provide the customer service activities performance of The Merchants Ltd. I have shown some major findings from the analysis of The Merchants Ltd. following some recommendation and justifications.
