The need of analyzing respondent data and measuring responses about different factors it is found that some factors is most important such- as high quality of product, product is available, product returns and exchange, warranty system and brand image and respondents are satisfied with these factors. And some factor is less important such as online facilities and respondents are not satisfied with these factors.
