The report explores the vastness of the Human Resource Department of Nestle Bangladesh Limited. Here I have tried to capture the beauty of HR of this 150 year old company and how efficiently they are hiring, managing and retaining their employees through their various functions. I have also tried to reflect how they are maintaining their global HR standards, practices and policies. Also how they plan their people development, reward their employees, train and engage them. The report covers the organizational background and details the company history – both globally and locally. It also covers the findings of the research I made on each of its department and some recommendations on what more they can do for their human assets.
