An insight on ‘pre product and service features: user acceptance test, at Robi Axiata limited’

The purpose of this report was to analyze the function of the User Acceptance test of Robi Axiata Limited. This report has considered different aspect of Robi, particularly regarding the function on Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management (RAFM) department. As I was basically selected for conducting the User Acceptance test so my research topic about the report is “Pre product & service features: user acceptance test, a case study on Robi Axiata limited”. Initially I have divided my entire report in four parts. In my First part I gave the introduction with the organizational overview. The organizational overview consists of with the company background, its vision and mission, company shareholder, company‟s principal and purpose, product & service portfolio and departmental overview. Second part is comprised of with my Job responsibilities, its different aspects and my observation as an intern. Third part is the main part of my report that is the project part. In this part I gave the whole Idea about User acceptance test, how it works, my research finding regarding the benefits and challenges of UAT with recommendations. And lastly conclude the whole part with a conclusion.
