    Abstract
    Banglalink Digital Communications Limited is one of the leading companies in the telecom industry of Bangladesh and it holds the second position in terms of market share. The vision of Banglalink is to understand people‟s needs best and develop appropriate communication services to improve people‟s lives and make it simple‟ – the strategic vision is developed with a purpose to saturate the whole telecom market. Make telephony available to mass people. At the beginning of the report, I explain about the history of Banglalink, their management team, their product and service, their objective and vision. I try my best to explain it in a proper way. In second part of my report, I explain my job responsibilities at corporate sales department in Banglalink. It includes how corporate sales work, how 3G experience goes on, how I manage and follow up our corporate clients. In final part of my report, I analyze corporate client satisfaction level through Banglalink 3G experience project. I use SPSS software to analyze this report as accurate as possible. I use pie chart, bar chart and histogram for proper understanding my report.
