    Abstract
Destitute children are one of the most at risk people in the world. Decades of research in the psychological development of children and rehabilitation of destitute children have shown that through children's emotional, physical and social development in a family home based system and vocational training these children can reach their true potential and become strong, independent individuals. This paper seeks to establish how the integration of education and training in a loving environment can create a healthy atmosphere for the upbringing of these endangered children. Furthermore, it tries to create a safe and secure environment for the children through the amalgamation of interactive landscape and build mass to form niches that constantly encourage communication and activities that would help the children to become psychologically stable as they learn to cope with the norms of daily life.
