    Abstract
    This report has attempted to highlight on the experience during the period of internship at Centre for peace Justice of BRAC University. This internship program helped me to learn about the practical scenario of a multi- disciplinary academic institute and link my academic learning with practical work. Centre for Peace and Justice is committed create knowledge for social empowerment and promoting a just, peaceful and inclusive society through education, training research and advocacy. Centre for Peace and Justice started its journey in 2016. I got the opportunity to work with this organization and try to put my effort to make a in depth study, that has been presented based on my observation and experience gathered from the organization. The organization is training grow in different areas, but the main focus is given more on reach in the field of social justice and peace building and human capacity development. The paper is based on women entrepreneurship training programme under the research project “Empowered Women, Peaceful Communities” occurred in two different regional universities- Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur and Jatiya Kobi Kazi Nazrul Islam, Trishal- Mymensingh. The purpose of this report is to understand how the training system of the students of universities from different curriculum helps to a build a sustainable business plan to solve the social problem. Furthermore, the paper has also shown that different problem of women in the society of Bangladesh and how can we solve the social problems of women by turning them in sustainable business model
