This report is on the basis of three months practical experience at Devnet Limited. The internship program helped me a lot to learn about the practical situation of IT sector as well as helped me to implement my theoretical knowledge in to practical and realistic work environment. The objective of the report is to find out the procedure of Auto Archiving process or Electronic document management systems and how to improve the project management procedure of Devnet Limited, which is doing digitalization of much business organization. This study tries to study the prospects and problems of Document Automation Business. The process or ways of doing business are changing rapidly. In last few years most of the business organizations are trying to manage their document electronically. It is very difficult to maintain thousands of paper based document in different warehouse and to search document from that warehouse in a very short time. So Document Automation Business can be a very good business. But lack of efficient employee, lack of transparency in the government sector and matter of update of the products in this sector create some problems. One of the key challenges of this market is to overcome the problems and to utilize the prospects. In this study prospect is measured The main objective of the study is to find out the document auto archiving process and the improvement areas of project management. The main findings of the study are: they have employee lacking. Their financial performance is growing up day by day. Even though, their employees do their daily work smoothly but that is not enough for the development of the organization. Their working ability is slow because of shortage of enough employees and proper knowledge. They do not have efficient human resource for project management; as a result most of their projects are loss in the end. The recommendations for study are: they should recruit some quality executives specifically in Sales and Service Department. They should recruit at least two project managers who will be experienced and the work will be done at the easiest way. If their Sales officer and Project Managers both are efficient and knowledgeable enough then they can work as a team and the working ability will get the maximum output.
