In this paper, a proposal is carried on to explain the design of a chat bot specifically tailored as a undergraduate student information system that helps students in BRAC University with admission and course information’s. In particular, the proposal investigates the implementation of ALICE chat bot system as a domain specific chatterbox named FAQ bot, our work will show how a chat bot can work as domain specific information system and experiments on how the system’s accuracy could be improved based on a specific domain.

This thesis, aim to design and simulation of a simple but effective charge controller with&#13;
maximum power point tracker for photovoltaic system. It provides theoretical studies of&#13;
photovoltaic systems and modeling techniques using equivalent electric circuits. As, the&#13;
system employs the maximum power point tracker (MPPT), it is consists of various&#13;
MPPT algorithms and control methods. P-Spice and MATLAB simulations verify the&#13;
DC-DC converter design and hardware implementation. The results validate that MPPT&#13;
can significantly increase the efficiency and the performance of PV.
This thesis is submitted in a partial fulfillment of the requirement for the degree of Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Sign Language is the mode of communication among the deaf and dumb. However,&#13;
integrating them into the main stream is very difficult as the majority of the society is&#13;
unaware of their language. So, to bridge the communication gap between the hearing and speech impaired and the rest in Bangladesh, we conducted a research to recognize Bangla sign language using a computer-vision based approach. To achieve our goals we used Neural Networks to train individual signs. In the future, this research, besides helping as an interpreter, can also open doors to numerous other applications like sign language tutorials or dictionaries and also help the deaf and dumb to search the web or send mails more conveniently.
